Our focus for the day will be on crafting the exquisite Clematis Montana as seen here, using  sugar flower paste.  You will take home your flower spray, just like the one in the image and a small dummy cake which will be pre-iced ready for you on it's own board, complete with presentation box for travel.  What could be easier?
